Can someone recommend how to post in the market place?

We are renting in the Hillsboro/west end area but the prices are way too high to purchase. What are some other good neighborhoods to look into? We are buying our first home and want to use it to start our business.

@Steve DellaPelle thanks for the feedback. Thinking about it I am going practice patience and save to at least 15%. Some smaller lenders in my area are flexible on PMI

My fiancé and I are looking to buy a duplex in Indy over the next year. My question is does it make sense to wait until we have 15# or more for the downpayment or maximize on the 3.5% option via FHA and get into a property sooner?

My name name is Chris, I'm relatively new to the idea of real restate investing. My initial plan is to buy a duplex via an FHA loan this year and use the money I'm able to save to fund a flip sometime in 2019.
