Hey @Joseph Kaiser thanks for the welcome.  My ideal locations would be Morris county and the surrounding areas or possibly something in eastern pa close to Warren county.  Looking to get into flipping and 2-4 family units as of now.  How about yourself?

Hello! My name is Chris DePrima and I'm from northern NJ. I'm 24 years old and have been interested in real estate for a while now and want to start jumping into it.  I started listening to the podcast on and off about a year ago and have just started reading up on the topic.  I own a hardwood flooring business so I think real estate would be a good combination.  We do a lot of work with a property management company so this has also peaked my interest in the field.
