For a long, long time, just general fear of not knowing what I'm doing.

Then relationship drama capped by a separation.

Now I'm just trying to get the dust to settle before I dig in and find a property (and people to back me)

Plenty of comments here already, but I'll just add this. once the easy to find gold had been collected, it is far easier and profitable to sell gold pans than do the mining yourself

Great job! Good cash flowing properties are getting to be unicorns around here.

Personally I'm considering a Transit Connect or a Ram Promaster City.  Big enough to haul most things, but still small enough to park in the town. Gas mileage is still in the low 20s, and they have lots of space inside.

Welcome to the party!

Looking to set up some squeeze pages on a Wordpress site and there are dozens of possible ways to go. Wanted to see if anyone had any good (or bad) experiences with any of the services/plugins and had some suggestions for me.

Currently I'm pondering a used Transit Connect.  Can't dump mulch/gravel and so on in the back, but can haul all sorts of things and is utilitarian enough to not care if it gets dirty.

Zero progress actually. Life has pretty well done its best to demotivate, slow down and keep me off task. But, I'm joining some new networking groups this week, and hopefully have the people around me focused on the same goal for a change, or at least working the same direction.

I like the idea! To Accomplish it, you need to take action steps daily to reach your goal. Have you started looking at deals, analyzing deals etc?

Daily action is definitely the plan.  I haven't been analyzing deals lately, but have in the past.
