@Logan Hartle

Great idea. Im in.

It was awhile ago, so maybe the rules have changed. I took the 101 exam in person and all the other classes and final exams for each class was online except for the final exam.   The 2 day cram session was definitely worth it since there is a LOT of information covered across the 4 classes.

I finished my CCIM designation last October- well worth it.  104 was the best course in my opinion.  I did everything online.

Costar has the best data for CRE. Reach out to me directly and I can provide details-

@Chris Crosby

Sounds like fun. I would be interested.

@Brian Eastman

Thank you very much for your detailed response.

Chris

I'm interested in hearing about pros and cons from people that have acquired investment properties through an IRA, solo 401K, etc...I'd appreciate any referrals to Real Estate IRA custodians that you work with.

Thanks-

Chris

Thanks Bruce-

I appreciate the offer, I'm familiar with KW Commercial.  I am not considering joining any brokerage firms at this point.  Just considering having agents work under my license.
