Hi Sam. 3601 Maury Street. 4800 sf lot. City took about 220 sf of ROW on the corner but doesn't affect us any. We have approved plan w/ a SFR on it currently.

Good morning investors, builders and developers. We have a lot in HOT Austin market on the east side. Permits and plans ready to go and complete. SF3 zoning building a primary and ADU residence. Asking $295,000 and have a hard construction bid in place as well. Thanks for your consideration.

Good morning all - looking to sell a lot we have north of downtown Houston. Build new SFR or small MF/TH product. Asking $120,000 but willing to discuss. Do have a permit and plans for new SFR currently. Thanks for your interest.

Hi all - have a primary/ADU new build in East Austin. Same GC for Houston deals but feel I need a project manager to keep tabs on him to be sure this gets done correctly and stays on time here. I don't have time and not too experienced either. Anyone know of good PM's local to Austin?
