great thank you @Christopher Giannino . Do I get a normal pre approval or is it different when I'm trying to go the fha loan route. Also must I find the  property and then get the ball rolling on the fha or can I get approved for a fha then go find a property. Sorry if the questions are not the best I'm very new

Should I get approved for a fha or should I find a property first

As a rookie and never owned a home does anybody have advice on how I can do my analysis. I have no clue how I can figure out th taxes insurance water gas electric and all that when I'm doing my analysis

what would the clay based soil do. I got a landscaper to check it out he said build up the dirt then put limestone rocks supposedly it soaks up excess water. Wants 6500 for the job thoe that's a little steep
