I am a new RE investor. I think you can start by looking into sites like Redfin and do a search for those properties. You can use BP tools to them and see if they would cash flow. I am started looking for investment properties recently here in my backyard and invested in AZ. You can look for investor friendly real estate agent here who works on other states.

Hi BiggerPockets,

Newbie here. I am work as a network engineer and I have been in my field for 24 years now. Me and my wife are accidental landlords or investors for a couple of years now, long distance. I am soaking all the knowledge and wisdom from BP books about real estate. Hoping to connect with others.

Thanks,

Chris
