Congrats Blake! Im sure you mentioned it but what neighborhood are you in? Also curious about which lender you used. Nice on the appraisal btw, maybe refinance and pull some equity out to get another under contract

@Blake La Grange glad to see you starting your own case study! More and more people need to do this and share their experiences! Your experience sounds very similar to mine and rest assured Spartan's makes the process very easy and hands off. I typically like to be very involved, but once I let Spartan take the wheel, it was a breeze.

2 questions for you:

1. Which lender do you use?

2. How did you analyze the deal? Would love to see the numbers you used

Cheers!

@Albert L. Wow! 4 month waiting list! Thats amazing...they really did take off! Back when i was getting my house under contract, they had plenty of inventory. Glad to see their taking off but hopefully they can maintain the quality!

I did have some problems with communication, but nothing unreasonable like what @Albert L. has been experiencing. At the end of the day you need to really push the team to follow up with you. Send follow-up emails, call if you have to. I know this past year they have been going through major expansion and have been experiencing a huge influx of new clients. Hopefully they are able to grow their team to meet demand and still maintain their quality.

Would love to read about a Spartan 2.0 experience. Been looking around the markets and deciding between going with another property with spartan or try somewhere else.
