So, you have a trained, legal gun owner renting a room in your residence that could possibly provide protection should someone that illegally owns a firearm comes to do you or your property harm? Sounds like a "Thank You" is in order to me. But, don't take my word for it, I've only been involved in one personal defense shooting where someone that was unwelcomed forced their way into a home.

I would be ecstatic. I'm just guessing that the Egyptian? writing is 7.62x39? If you need anyone to test out .22, .223, 5.45x39, 7.62x39, 9mm, .40, .45, 30-06, or 12ga., I might know someone who would provide his personal reviews on the ammo.

Did you use it like a skim coat and sand it so the walls are smooth for a glossy paint finish? I'm not a fan of textured walls. So if this does away with the "orange peel" look that multiple paint layers can have, I'm interested.

Post: HUD Bid Submission Dates

Been looking at a HUD property and the owner occupant deadline was first supposed to end Sun night at midnight, then it became Mon night for some reason. I just checked again and is been pushed back again to Tues night. I met the realtor Mon to climb under the house and into the attic to check the structure and we discussed making an offer and such as this is my first dealings with real estate. He never mentioned the date being pushed back. Am I missing something? Why would this happen? If it's been covered before, I apologize as I couldn't find anything.

My concerns would not be just the heat, but also the steam from hot water around the sink and boiling water at the stove. Would it cause the glue backing to release over time?

I went and looked at it again with a realtor today. Talked to the lady living next door, she said that has been the only house that had changed hands in the past 10 years or longer.  She had lived there since the house was new  and just built an addition after her husband died. The people in the house on the other side had been there for many years as well. They rebuilt on the same lot after their home burned down a few years back. There is only 12 houses in the neighborhood. There were several 1ac lots that show sold last year, all on same date for 40k each, according to Zillow. But, we can't make an offer on it for another 6 days, so we'll see.
