Hey Boise area, My parents are moving to the Boise area from Missouri in two short weeks and have not been able to find a house to rent. We have looked on CL and Zillow with no promising leads. Their budget is $900 and are looking in Caldwell, Nampa & Boise. If there are any property management companies or anyone on here that have a place that might fit this budget please let me know. I've listened to so many BP podcasts, I'm losing track of which ones I've heard. Love them. I was curious what the top 10-20 BP podcast episodes are.

Hello Everyone,

A few days ago, I stumbled onto the BP website and started listening to the pod casts. Since then, I've listened to 15 pod casts and can't get enough. I'm making a career change from a restaurant manager to a real estate agent. Since committing to this change, I've had my fair share of doubts and fears but feel more confident after listening to the pod casts and starting the Ultimate Beginners Guide.

I'm located in Boise, ID and during my time as a restaurant manager, I invested my money into my 401k and purchased a turn key business with a business partner. My business partner and I have set some ambitious goals that include growing our current business, purchasing rental properties, including multifamily properties and flipping a few houses within the next several years. 

I'm very excited to have found BP and am looking forward to networking with all of you.
