Hello! BiggerPockets one of the reasons I am where I am now. If you are open to sharing a little advise with me, I would be very grateful.

I have a boarded up 2/1, approx 1000sq ft, fully paid for house that the county wants to knock down, and has 2 years of back taxes on the prop. They want to sell now. The comps are 17k-32k. The land value is $25k. Well, I am hoping you can help. I will be making an offer in the next day or so. Hope that you are having a great day!

Hello everyone! Would anyone be willing to put me into contact with a NC Closing Attorney that is familiar with wholesale deals and with sub2 or wrap around mortgages? Thank you so much for your time! Chris

Thanks J! How would this work with wholesaling being that my deal is simply an "assign to" contract? Off of what is the percentage applied to? The sale of the house or my commission from the contract?

I am starting out wholesaling properties and will be interviewing real estate agents that can help me to find properties, and so on.

My question is what is the typical fee or percentage commission a real estate agent would want on a deal I closed myself? Or just for their time? (For them helping me to find the deal). Hope that is clear.

Thank you,
Chris
