Thanks Daniel!

I'm attempting to purchase my first multi soon, house hack, refy as soon as can, and then reinvest into another multi.  I'm not opposed to flipping but I think I need to take one step at a time first.

I have read the BP book on flipping homes and I believe I have Audibled every other BP book there is!! Great material!  GREAT STUFF!!

Also yes I would love to join a meet up of REI and/or newbies. I love hearing stories of what people are doing to overcome this crazy NJ market. There was one I did go to in the beginning of spring in weehawken, nj. It was a good experience. I definitely need to reach out more, network and learn as much as I can absorb.

Thanks again for the advice and support!

Hello BPs forum, My name is Christopher Veljkovic. I am a complete amateur in REI but was a General Contractor/mechanic for many years. I now work in healthcare and wanting to get back into the swing of hammering again with buying multi-family fixer uppers. Not necessarily full-time but where I can to save money and then leave the rest to the Contractors I will hire. I am really interested in the BRRR model and home hacking. Maybe not every home but the ones that can accommodate a wife and two small boys. Also I'm open to learning how to flip homes in the future but 1 step at a time. I've been reading and educating myself for the last 2 years and I'm ready to find property. My wife and I just sold our co-op in the NY city and now relocated into New Jersey to begin our search for homes to acquire. I am searching also for some guidance maybe through mentorship or even work for free if needed to achieve the tools necessary to succeed in this business. I know this is going to be a sacrifice but my wife and I know it will be for the best for my families future and hopefully through generations to follow. PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out for any reason. I can hear positive, negative or any kinda advice, as long it is heading me into the right direction!! Thank you! And I'm glad to be apart of this awsome establishment!!!
