@Joey Hampton, if you use them please let me know how it goes.  If I come across any others I'll let you know.

I'm in Charlotte too and I've been looking into Lima One Capital.  They offer a hard money loan you can refi out of once rehab is complete.   It's a national company, but they have an office in the Ayrsley area of Charlotte.

Hey everyone.  I've been a member for a while but never posted much.  I currently live in Monroe, NC, but was born in Charlotte.  I think I'm ready to start making some steps toward beginning my real estate investing career.

I have been looking into going to some meetings locally on meetup, but I have noticed there are quite a few.  I was wondering if anyone could recommend the better(best) ones to attend.  I just hope to find someone/a few people who can steer me in the right direction.  I have a family so I want to make good decisions that hopefully lead to good returns.

If there is anyone willing to lend a hand please feel free to reach out.

Thanks!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am 21 years old and am looking to get as much information as possible about possible real estate investing. I came across this site and saw the wealth of information so I decided to join. Look forward to receiving as much info as possible!
