I've been listening to this podcast and learning more about real estate for a solid year and I finally understand why people give up on real estate investing.

Don't give up! If there's a will...there's a way!

Good morning everyone,

I've been following bigger pockets for a little over a year and finally decided to post something.

My business is a couple months old and have been working on my team. I'm preparing to buy my first property as an investor!

I've been talking to local banks, private money lenders, hard money lenders, and family/friends and have yet to find one that wants to do business. I've dropped a sizeable amount of money to get an education in real estate investing and it seems like I'm getting no where.

I'm praying that once I'm able to get into this first property that it's not so difficult to find capital. Any advice?

I hope everyone has a great, productive, and blessed week!
