Hi all,

I’m listening to Podcast 067 with Tim Gordon.

Tim states that he is doing 2-3 wholesaling deals per month at $10k to $40k per deal. Later in the podcast he state he still has a full time job. For some reason this shocks me. I understand having a job allows you access to financing. But he makes $240,000 to $1,440,000 per year from wholesaling. Why would anyone keep their job? Thank you in advance for the feedback.

Thank you all for your insight. I have just started learning and I have so many questions to help me wrap my head around this wholesaling concept. I can wait to get started!

isn't the point of wholesalers to get the property under contract way below market. This guy is listing it above market...

Good morning,

I have been reading about wholesaling and motivated sellers. My question is... Why would someone be happy to sell their house 40%+ below market value to a wholesaler just to close quick? They could sell it on the market for much more and even with closing costs come away a winner.

Thank you,

Erik
