Hello, I recently move in Dayton, OH and I plan to invested in this area in the future for the cash flow. I was wondering if there was anybody in this forum that would be willing to share some information with me for their expense on their house (repair, cap ex, utilities, house age, etc...). What kind of cap rate can I expect in the dayton, OH area?
