Richard you can use electric hot water heater instead of using gas to heat it. By running electric hot water heater you don’t need a ductwork for ventilation. You can install the water heater tanks anywhere in the basement. Talk to your plumber !

Hey Dana, I’m from Lincoln and will be following your post.

Good lucks!

Hi jay,  I am Thai, came here since 1981.  Almost 37 years of living in America, i have gone back to visit my family a for few times.  My sister is civil engineering, she in charged of a big protect, building large structure to handle ship.  Now, she's working as a project manager for foreign investors building big and tall, luxury condominium along Pattaya beach ( only 45 minute away from my hometown). Here is the link of her company https://www.homandcl.com/ and here is the linkhttps://www.copacabanajomtien.com/   the project she's working on.

Myself have no idea how foreigner can invest in Thailand.  However, I bought a piece of land about 4 acre in my hometown about 20 years ago ( my home is about 3 kilometer from the public beach ( ban chang  district ) lihttps://earth.google.com/web/@12.7378461,101.04562...nk for google earth  .  I paid 400,000.00 bath now if worth 4 to 5 million bath. I just finished attending the Best Ever conference in Denver.

I am sending you message, would love to talk you about the land I have,  I have some ideas.  Mindy Jensen suggested medical tourism.

Thanks for reading

@arnie

@Arnie Guida Thanks for sharing your story.  I love how you tell a step be step action you took, these will help me in the future if I ever need to evict some of my tenants.  Seems to me that Wisconsin and Nebraska may have a similar procedure.
