@Javen Bowman wholesaling is not illegal in Indiana but just like anything else, you do need to follow the law when doing it. There are plenty ways to wholesale legally so I would advise working a joint venture with more experienced wholesalers to get hands on experience and avoid pitfalls.

Is there anyone that is or knows a good contractor for rehab work in Indianapolis Indiana?
