30 minutes from where I live. 10 minutes from where I work.

Peace of mind and money.
Like the poster said above, make it effortless for them to relocate to a different place including a financial incentive.

That's the only way I would move from somewhere that I liked.

I'm not really a big car person. I bought a very slightly used car outright and I have no regrets. Like others have said, I will be driving this car until the wheels fall off.

Yep... I have a 740+ credit score and I’m closing on a property at 5.5%. I think one day last week it actually hit a 7 year high.

Dress your best. You can never go wrong with that.

I wouldn't worry about what other people think. No matter what you do someone will not be pleased. You can hand someone 100K in cash and they will still have a complaint or comment. Enjoy your life and focus on intrinsic happiness! Outsiders don't matter. I hope to one day have your problem! ;-)

Congratulations!!!
Way to go!

Good luck

Having her evicted is the absolute last thing I want to do! I just wanted to make sure legally I was following the correct guidelines. Sounds like there is a way I can do this without making her sign a new lease.
