i just sold some of my rentals in great falls earlier this year and the gal that bought them from me is a realtor. her and her husband are doing some investing and she seemed to have a good pulse on the market in Great Falls. ill send you a pm with her information

Hey guys! I live in Helena, MT and invest in the surrounding areas. I currently have three single family houses on one lot that I'm looking to sell in Great Falls, MT. Great area and great rents. I have some other things I want to accomplish this year and these places are no longer fitting into my big picture. If your interested in more details on them I would be glad to share. Otherwise if your interested in finding out more information about the markets here in Montana, I would be glad to share whatever information I can with you. My wife is also a realtor here in the Helena area. So if you need and help from that aspect I would be more then happy to help out there as well.

@Heidi Goehri I live in Helena and invest here, Great Falls, Boulder, and surrounding areas. I try to keep a close eye on things around here as far as what’s available and what the market is doing. And I don’t mean to hijack your thread but for anyone that is interested, we are going to be doing a realestate meetup in Helena on weds Dec 16th @7pm it’s going to be held at the Missouri River Brewing co.
