Post: 20 Years Old - Where Do I Start?

I am a 20 year old college student and I’ve seen the power of real estate investing. I want to take advantage of the opportunity but I have no idea where to start. Right now my main focus is saving as much money as I possibly can and building my credit every month as best I can. I’ve been attending real estate meetings and understanding a little more how it goes once you’re in but how do I get in? My first project I would like to house hack a duplex or condo. Since I am in college living rent free and making income while I’m doing so sounds like a pretty sweet deal but again, where do I start ?
