I went to school and got a finance degree. The only real benefit of college was that it helped me understand delayed gratification better and helped me understand and develop a professional network.

Additionally, I was able to get a decent paying job after graduating, so I don’t worry about steady income or my bills. I do real estate investing on the side until it’s big enough for me to do it full time.

All this came with a 40k price tag. You can learn everything you need to about networking and real estate for the internet for free.

I am interested in getting advice on how to approach a seller to finance a deal. Are there some types of sellers that are better to approach with this idea than others? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello all! I hope everyone is doing great. I am brand new to real estate. My current job allows me to listen to podcast durning my shift and over the past 2 weeks have gotten about 25 hours of bigger pockets podcasts under my belt. I recently graduated with a finance degree and I am looking to use it in the real estate industry!

I am a growth mindset individual. I would really like to connect with any and all to talk and learn.

For my first property I will ideally find a duplex/triplex/quadplex to live in and rent out the other units.

How do you start building a relationship with someone that has real estate experience when only have the books I’ve read?
