Hi everyone!  I am a new member to Bigger Pockets.  I was raised in the Manteca/Ripon/Modesto area and sell real estate in the central valley.  I love real estate and love learning all of the ways to make deals happen.  I am very interested in expanding my clientele to investors and have been doing a lot of research, mainly on Bigger Pockets.  I was introduced to this community by a realtor/investor that I did a transaction with.  I look forward to talking with all of you and learning as I go!

I am a realtor out of Manteca/Ripon area and am actually currently in escrow on a home in Stockton now.  I have never worked with an investor on a deal yet, but am looking for the right investor to grow this aspect of my business.  I have family in the electrical, plumbing, heating and air business so I have names and contacts in construction that I could refer you to.  I would be more than happy to help you find a house in Stockton to flip if you are willing to take a chance on me.
