We are looking to put in offers on 2 different multi-family homes and see what happens. We know that we would have to disclose this information in our offer letter(s) ... Any other advice for us? Does this turn a seller off to us? Is there anything else we need to consider legally when putting in 2 offers simultaneously? Thanks!

Hi All! We are looking into a 3-family home, which only has 2 meters. Sub-metering would be very expensive. We would like to try to go with RUBS. Has anyone had experience with RUBS? Positive? Negative? Kickback from tenants? If you wouldn’t mind, share any tips on what works with RUBS and any examples of what has not worked? Thank you!
