I am new to RE investing. Are partnerships a good idea? What should be included in the partnership agreement? How do you protect yourself legally? Any advice would be greatly aprreciated

Although redlining was outlawed the effects still impact minorities today.

Change in policies in US that encourage systemic racism, wealth disparities, health care disparities etc. need to be instituted to give all races a fair chance. Systemic racism has prevented black and brown people in many areas from advancing. The lack of information that is available is also an issue. You don't know what you don't know!!!
