Thank you Mindy for the very warm welcome!  I am interested into building a property portfolio which includes residential and commercial properties; participating with flips and buy-hold strategies. Primarily working with the distressed property market to start and then move forward with other niches.

The forum is certainly the best place to share what I know and learn from others as well.  Thank you for your support.
