Hey @Cheryl Crockett, I'm just getting started but I'll be happy to share my success once I start closing some deals. I recently launched a couple direct mail campaigns and I've been reaching out to folks in the local market that I'm working in.

@Account Closed, you got it! By my own definition I'm operating in a market that is not local to me, so I need to connect with other real estate professionals in that market to work with in order to get deals done. My post was intended to get a convo going on how other folks are "virtually wholesaling".

Hi All - I'm a new virtual wholesaler operating in the Buffalo, NY area.

Any virtual wholesalers out there willing to share advice on how you manage your operations - building and communicating with your team, marketing, lead processing, systems, etc.

Looking to connect with others in this niche, thanks!

Hi BP Nation!

I'm looking to connect with some AWESOME wholesalers in Upstate New York in the following counties: Erie County NY, Monroe County NY, Orange County NY, Oneida County NY and specifically in the following cities/towns: Buffalo NY, Cheektowaga NY, West Seneca NY, Rochester NY, Greece NY, Utica NY, Newburgh NY, Middletown NY, Port Jervis, NY.

What are your thoughts on the market? What's working for you? What's not working?

Looking forward to the discussion, thanks!

~Cheryl

@Bill Gulley thanks for clarifying, appreciate the follow-up. I'm aware that this is a transactional arena and traditional closings don't take place here. My main concern is having one on deck for the deals that need additional support (foreclosure, loan mod, etc) - basically making sure to comply with local laws, etc.
