Hi, I already bought a mobile home two years ago with cash and paid off. At that time, I could not get a loan because I was not a resident yet. So, I had to buy by cash only. Now, I become a resident. Is the mobile considered as my first home? Will I be qualified to get FHA if I want to buy a duplex? Please advise. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, my name is Cherry Lim from LA, CA. I am a very very new in REI. I join BP because I would like to start in REI but don't know how to. I hope you guys can lead me (a newbie). I attended FB 3 days workshop. It was good but haft of the workshop was talking about Mastery which cost a lot of money. Do you think I should sign up for it so that I can start my first REI? Please advise. Thank you Cherry
