@Chris Kim You make a good point on the cage. I will look into doing that. If anyone sees this and knows of a local installer please PM me!

Hello,

I am a first-time OOS rental property investor, (closing is this Friday) in KCMO. Property was supposed to have a tenant in it through the end of this month but that changed due to a variety of circumstances. Now the property will be vacant until the beginning of July and the AC is not caged. I am worried. I am thinking about just having the condenser removed and stored in the house until I arrive? Have any of you dealt with such an issue?
