I have my own that I lease with mid term rentals.  It works out great.  I am also interested in learning about doing this in a rental arbitrage model.  Curious what type of lease would be used between owner of property and myself.

 That's a great idea but I can't due to city regulations.  Mid or long term only.

For those experienced with Mid term rentals, How do you minimize your vacancy?  What I've experiences is.....there may be a couple week gap between when someone moves out to when someone wants to move in.
