Hi There Martin- We are a hard money lender so that means much less docs than a traditional bank or credit union. We are in CT, but we lend in NC all the time. I would be happy to take a look at any scenario you may have. We have many portfolio investors and have great fix and flip programs as well as Long Term Rental (Purchase or Refi) options.
