Also, there are auctions at the courthouse sometimes. You'd have to look further into it. A friend of mine when to one at the courthouse and he said it was interesting. A lot of people looking for a deal.

Hello D'andre, 

One way to meet some local investors is to seek a "Investor Meeting Group" in your area. If there isn't one maybe you start one and start a group on BiggerPockets. I live in Brevard County and there is a group here that meets twice a month. It's a great way to network, meet other investors and get great knowledge! Seems to work great here!

I am a new Realtor in Brevard County, Florida. I am looking into an opportunity I have of managing vacation rentals. I would like some advice as well as what the every day jobs/task are for just managing one 20 unit vacation rental.
