I am curious to hear everyone's thoughts and ideas.

Where do you think the best place or some of the best places to invest in the US are?

I am currently living in Tampa, FL and the market is HOT. Would love to hear from others where they are finding success and why!

I am currently looking for a multi-family property in Tampa, FL. This will be first deal! I am struggling to find a property because I am looking for a multi-family, in a nice area, with at least one vacant unit for myself. It would seem that finding all three is the Holy Grail.  Does anyone have any advise for a first time home buyer, first time investor and first time landlord.  Thanks in advance!
