Post: Seeking Advice on Remodels Gone Wrong!

Hey BP Fans - I've never posted in Forums before but I enjoy reading some of the content. I've been listening to BP for a few years now and I dove in with everything I had! I'm out here taking risks and learning HARD life lessons!

For starters, I partnered with a bad wholesaler/contractor on remodeling a duplex in Indianapolis. We live out-of-state and they ended up draining our reserves and now we're stuck with a project that we can't afford to finish. It's 90% complete but we're struggling to cross the finish line!! Any advice for us? We're picking up extra work, multiple side-hustles and cutting living expenses... what am I missing here?!

For context, we own three duplexes in Indianapolis and they ALL need work done. We travel there when we can and bust out projects but winter is coming and reliable teams are hard to come by (not to mention the financial concern). If you have any advice, recommendations or words of encouragement.. I could use it!
