Ive read that Cleveland is usually a good market to get into for cash flow. The prices seem to make sense given that the tenants pay rent which could be questionable due to COVID. There is a lot for sale right now, any opinions as to whether or not its still a smart market? or are people trying to get out of it right now because of the current condition.

I was offered a 4.75% interest rate for my HELOC application. Does that seem low?

@Alvin L. Dillard

I’ve already had one bank tell me I have to reside in the house.

I have one rental property. I break even on rent.

I am looking to get a HELOC in order to procure a down payment for another rental.

What is the best way to approach the bank?
