Hello, my name is Chelsea griffin and I am currently a junior in college. Have you made any success as a real estate investor?

I've been looking into wholesaling where you match buyers with sellers, but it's a little difficult to find people who want to buy property. However, it's easy to find property people are selling properties because of sites like Zillow. 

My biggest reason for wanting to start this business is to pay off my student loan for college and get ahead of those. As of now, I have accumulated over 12,000 dollars in debt and the number is rising because I'm still in the process of obtaining my bachelor's. 

I'm a college student who needs and wants some more money in my pocket but I have no idea how to start a conversation with homeowners or real estate investors. Any advice on how and where to start? It would be helpful if someone kind of described a situation in which they made a successful deal. Thanks.
