@Jerryll Noorden are you now selling the magic free machine you speak of? Cus if so, I want a piece of the machine.

Kidding, kidding. But in seriousness, what tips do you have for setting up a website? Is this a simple form-based website that brings in consumers via ads on facebook, instagram, etc. and google adwords? Meaning you have ads talking about how you buy houses cash, people click a link, fill out the form, you assess the form, and then get back to them if it seems like a potentially cash flowing deal?

Because THAT is the game I want to be on for creative investing, but am also a little lost on getting there as far as what budgeting would look like for the marketing.

I will send this to you in a message as well!

@Pierre A. I had a consultation call for the mentorship program yesterday evening. It seems to good to be true. How long have you been in the program, and, if you don't mind me asking, what results have you had from it?

Do you feel like you are getting everything they said you would? I am really wanting to pull the trigger on it, but I am nervous!

Dream places to live are Ireland and Germany from places I've visited.

In the US, it would be TX so far. No state taxes, still relatively cheap market, landlord friendly, so I've heard, southern charm, nature out the wazoo. I'd love to live in CA, but the cost seems crazy compared to the Midwestern life I'm used to in Oklahoma.
