Post: Senior Housing In Los Angeles

I work with Older Adults, Conservators and Power of Attorney's.  I have been consistently dissatisfied with most (not all) Senior Housing. I am interested in starting my own facility.  I would like to start with a Board and Care to see how it goes, and would then have a long range goal of a larger facility. It would be more of an alternative facility, one that incorporates East-West medicine, behavioral supports, and environmental supports for optimum well being. This will not be Cooke cutter corporate facility. I have professional relationships and referral sources due to my work for over 20 Years in the Geriatric field.

Have any members done this?  I would love to hear about your experience with the process.
