Hi everyone.. Are there any hard money lenders or investors that can give me advice on bringing my "A game" to the table when looking to borrow for a purchase and rehab!? .. Advice on presentation , should I have a portfolio? Any other pointers on what I should expect and things I should stay away from? .. Thanks in advance

Thanks for pointing that out to me Barry. Since I'm new to the city I'm guessing anywhere could potentially be a great start . Do you have any suggestions in mind?.. Cedar Park, Round Rock , Pflugerville etc..??

Thanks Gunnar do you mind telling me more about the meeting. I'm interested in any networking I can get! Thanks for helping me realize that even though my first deal may not go as planned it's a great way to hit the ground and began running! Thanks!!

Thanks for the links Paul. I am definitely looking into join clubs and attending more meetings. Also thanks for the info on the HUD homes and the great advice.

Hi @Bryan Hancock it's nice to hear from local members. Is this a monthly meeting or occasional? Because I would love to attend sometime! I would love to get my feet wet with networking!

Hi everyone. I'm Chelsea I'm recently moved to Austin from Houston. For the last year I have been educating and preparing myself on everything about REI. I've been budgeting, looking into lenders, getting familiar with terms, watching YouTube and BP videos nonstop, attending workshops, my next move I thought to do was join BP!!.. I'm interested in learning what else do I need in order to take that next big step and actually get out there! I'm not sure what's keeping me back. Just wondering did anyone else feel this way when they first started out!? Thanks in advance!
