Hi everyone, 

I am investor from Camden NJ, but looking to relocate to Rhode Island. I like to network and getting some help in knowing the market in Rhode Island. I haven’t pick any specific area, because I’m not sure with the market there.

I am looking to do some flipping and hold to rent to build my cash flow. So if there any good project management, wholesalers, investors and contractors, I like to get to know all. I’m very open to opportunities. Also let me know if there any coming seminar, I will be in the area beginning of April.

Thank you for the feedback. So far, Realty solutions is the only one I got that cover the area for my property, that offer great service. I wish I have more to compare. As for sureway, they don't cover the area that my property located.

I'm looking for any type of property that I can buy cheap and hold. I hope to find turn key properties but if I can get fixer and upper one for a good deal, I'll get it. I want to leave opportunty open. I'm looking for property in and around 19111. And I have 1 rental  property in camden city. I'm hoping to own 2-3 rental property by the end of this year. Once I find good property management company to manage these property I want to continue growing it.
