Hey guys,

I will be graduating in 5 months and was considering moving. To that end, where is a good place to move to if one wanted to get into the business of real estate,ie flipping, wholesaling, etc. I am currently in washington dc where the taxes are like 7%. I was considering moving to either chicago, texas, washington state, etc. I went to pharmacy school so (knock on wood) there are plenty of jobs in numerous locations. Please advise on where would be a good place to start. Thanks for the advice!!!

hey guys..
I am new to this so pardon my naivete. But why are people so open to giving out such information. In other businesses, bussiness methods are kept secret. If everyone knew how to find deals, wont they dry up?? Also, in business, its very valuable to be able to do things in a 'different way'. If we all use the same method of marketing, be it valpak, etc, how is that effective. Please eluminate.

Hey guys,

Vince here. I am very new to the business, so pardon me if this sound naive. I was wondering how much money one can make wholesaleing, flipping houses,(basically in the real estate business) etc. I am a hard worker, currently a student. and every meeting i go to, some guru always comes up to me promising millions. I am not afraid of working hard and 'getting rich slow and steady', so i would appreciate an honest answer. I know this sounds cliche, but how much money can one expect to make if you put your heart and soul into this business(over 5 years, 10 year time period)?? Again, i would really appreciate if i could talk to anyone over the phone, etc about this, please let me know.
