@Spencer Cornelia

I haven’t found one to purchase yet, I was just curious how this part worked. No one mentioned that the lender would send someone to walk with me.

@Tyler Gibson

So there is one person that will look at everything? Roof, foundation, and etc... to let me know what will need to be replaced and serviced. I’m from Kentucky, not sure if that matters.

I'm currently saving up cash(almost have 10k) and am going to use a FHA loan to purchase a 4 plex. Now I understand running numbers and all but when it comes to having a handy man and roof guy to come out and help inspect the house for my due diligence, how many times is recommend I visit the house? As much as needed or try to get everyone out at once?

I read “Fake” and was wondering what would happen to our lives with all of these mortgages if we have a recession? All of these expensive mortgages and no one willing to spend the money necessary in rent.

Who should I be speaking with in regards to that? Also, who should I speak with when trying to figure out the legal distance and what not of each home?

Running some numbers recently and was hoping someone else could shed some advice for the mobile home park style of investing.

Although, i understand the numbers and what not, I was hoping to find someone with actual experience in it. What do you find best, build a park or attempting to find a existing one that could use a little TLC?

Post: Hard money into a refinance, or FHA Owner occupied?

Start off by saying I hate my current job. Very physically demanding and just not work I like(been here 5 months).

With that said, I was planning on hiking out for 2 years to get a FHA owner occupied loan but was also thinking about getting started sooner by using a hard money loan then refinancing to pay off my hard money and begin the BRRRR method. (Currently looking for a 3 or 4 plex for my first purchase).
