Hey Tony,

I’m new to bigger pockets. I know this is an old post, I also am in the area of New Orleans/ Metairie. Looking into buy and hold condos for rent, do you find with the high appreciation and  hoa fees, there are any room for profit?

Hello everyone,

My name is Chase, and I know that real estate is my road to investment for the future. My profession is in healthcare, but my passion is in real estate. I believe that a community of people grow faster than individual efforts. Hope to learn how to start and grow a portfolio so that I can in-turn help others with the same. Biggest issue is high cost property in my area that’s preventing me from getting started. Any thoughts?
