@Evan Polaski Thanks for the input! I am currently doing the work myself as I am in a full time construction job now. Eventually, upon expanding, I will need to lean on other contractors. And realistically I would like to not HAVE to do the work myself after a couple are finished! Thanks again

Hey everybody! I’m totally new to the real estate investing world. I recently bought my first Flip house with a partnership with my father. He has flipped many houses and should be a good Influencer. Looking for any help or tips everyone may have on going forward! Thanks
