Moved to Nashville around 3 years ago. Been involved with real estate for the past year (so still newer and learning). Currently have a couple rehabs under construction in the Nashville area and am a cash buyer. My long term goal are rentals. Looking forward to connecting and networking with like minded real estate professionals on this site!
