@Mark Byrge 100% financing sounds great. What lender was you using?

Yes the mill homes are the ones I have been looking at and wondering if it is worth the investment. They are ranging from 35-65k plus the renovations. Do you see any potential growth in that market in the near future? Have you ever rehabbed any of these properties to flip @Scott Ryne?

@Scott Ryne I see you are in Kannapolis. What are homes renting on average in the area? Looking at a few properties between 800-1400 sq. ft.

Thanks @Ian Ray, I have reached out to see what he has to offer. How has business for you been as of late in this market? Do you invest in any other markets?

Anyone got any suggestions for some good hard money lenders in Charlotte North Carolina?

This has been a great forum involving creative financing. Whatever came of this @Filipe Pereira?

Thanks @Chris T. I have looked into meetup.com and followed quite a number of groups in the area including @Curtis Waters group. Thanks for the advice and look forward to meeting you soon at your upcoming rehab event.

Hello All

New here to Bigger Pockets and look forward to reaching out to local investors in the Charlotte market who have been in the game for some time. Looking to gain as much knowledge as possible about exactly how REI will benefit my family and peers. I would love to meet up with investors and speak about the current market we are living in and where it is heading. Right now I am analyzing as many deals as I can to understand how this market operates. Please feel free to send me deals and we can discuss them together on whether the property is worth an investment. Look forward to hearing from you all!

Thanks
