Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Boston.

Purchase price: $315,000
Cash invested: $75,000
Sale price: $537,500

Me and my team rehabbed this house in a total of 120 days. This property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in the city of Boston (Hyde Park) We made both interior and exterior improvements and fixed structural damages. These repairs allowed us to create a modern open concept living.
