Quote from @Diyan Yap:

In my case in the city of Austin.
I call the city and ask:
what zoning my property
what can I build
what I cannot build
whats the rules to build
and etc
Hope its help

Thank you, that was helpful. Learned what I needed and have potential buyer.

Still new and need advice. I have a Vacant Lot zoned Mixed Use in the Cape that I don't know who will buy it, we've only worked with single residential home builders until now. The lot would be great for a condominium but I don't know where to start looking for a multi unit / commercial builder. The owner isn't too keen on putting it on MLS and rejected working with realtors but willing to sign a contract with me. I haven't found a solution in my research. Appreciate any input, thank you.
