Unfortunately, most Real Estate agents and Realtors do not understand nor are educated with the process of Wholesaling. They are not trained or educated when getting their license. Not looking for false education. Wholesaling is not nor ever will be illegal. If done properly. I am aware that there are different methods and processes for different states. But that doesn't change the fact that there are still wholesalers everywhere. I am looking for connections and referrals. And an answer to my initial question (reference above) If you have none to share, that is fine.

Hello! I'm new to wholesaling and I have a few questions. These may seem like silly questions, but again, I'm new to this business and am just trying to figure out the ropes. 

When doing a deal, are attorneys expecting a fee regardless if the deal closes? Or is it owed to them only if it closes. 

If any of you live in Massachusetts, I would love to connect. Need all the networking I can get. 

Any suggestions or tips. I will take it.
