My wife and I are currently in the process of getting our first rental property started in the central Arkansas area. We are owner financing this home and we are looking for a way to get this home rehabbed in order to rent it out. We are needing some different strategies of finding money, best ways to proceed after rehab, etc. Credit is currently an issue for us but I don’t want that to stop us from getting started on this path. Any ideas on how to proceed on this property?
